The clip i looked at was part 11 and the first 2 mins of the clip

The dialogue is keeping the audiences drawn in as it is keeping to the main and most important part of the story line, the build up of tension also keep the audiences on their toes.

There is tense music playing in the background adding to the suspense of the scene.

The final confrontation could connote that their is always another way to end a fight but i think the real meaning was to show the real emotion behind the main protagonist.
It is very significant as during this scene half the face of each character is blacked out and we are exposed the characters injurys.

The dominant images are of the two characters during their confrontation.

They have assumed the audience wanted to see a happy ending.
Tense and have mixed emotions about both characters during this sequence.
The text delivers the action and drama its genre set out for it and this is shown in the end sequence.
I evaluate this texts as a good media text as it really appeals to my age group but comapared to the 1st film film a bit of a dissapointment.
The target audience is teenager and young adults.The characters are teenagers and young adults themselves helping to relate to the genre.This text isfrom the action/drama genre.


It is using violence and swearing and this is expected of this genre.
They are fulfulled as all the elements of this scene relates to the genre and the expected violence is there.

Violence and revenge seem to be the major generic themes.

The protagonist is being represented as a lost teenage figure.

The emotional termoil a teenager from the london "gheeto" has to face.

The Protagonist is represented in this way because this is what audiences want to see and therefore they are not dissapointed.

The major steroetype made in the text is that all teenagers from london speak in slang and this representation is not accurate.
